Ms. Shen specializes in Capital Markets, especially in domestic and cross-border IPOs for China based companies, as well as cross-border transaction, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, M & A. Meanwhile, she is a pioneer attorney in Privacy Law and Cyber Security in China. She is skilled in applying her acknowledge in Finance and Accounting when engaging in complex transaction.
