Mr. Qu Xiaofei is a partner of Grandway Law Offices, and JM and LLD in Economic Law of Nanjing University. Before he joined Grandway Law Offices in January 2020, he had worked for City Development (Hangzhou) Law Firm and served successively as its partner and deputy director.
Mr. Qu specializes in the legal fields of construction engineeringm projects, tendering and bidding and real estate development. During his nearly 20 years of practice, he has handled hundreds of construction contract disputes involving project cost, time limit, quality and other issues. He has also provided special legal services for dozens of construction general contracting projects, EPC general contracting projects, BT, BOT and PPP projects involving industrial plants, residential communities, urban commercial complex, transportation, energy, port, water conservancy and hydropower.
