Mr. Qi Xiaochuan began his legal practice in 2006. He mainly practices in the following areas: funds, securities, permanent legal advice, restructuring, listing, M&A and reorganization, bankruptcy reorganization, liquidation, etc. He is now an expert consultant of Chongqing Industrial Guidance Fund.
Mr. Qi has a high level of legal theories and excellent practical ability. He is specialized in corporate law, securities law, bankruptcy law and other civil and commercial fields. He has provided legal services to numerous enterprises, involving domestic IPO restructuring, counselling and stock issuance and listing and other legal services. He has provided comprehensive legal services of backdoor listing in the A-share market for many companies and permanent legal advisory services for over a dozen listed companies and essential organizations. He has also undertaken many major litigation cases. Additionally, as a pioneer of bankruptcy administrator practitioners in China, he has provided legal services relating to bankruptcy reorganization for several listed companies, as well as asset restructuring and bankruptcy liquidation legal services.
