Since graduation, Ms. Jiao Xinzhe has been working as a full-time lawyer at Grandway. She mainly practices in corporate and securities. She has provided many enterprises with special legal services, such as IPO and listing, M&A and reorganization, refinancing, equity incentive, corporate bonds, etc. She has also offered permanent legal advisory services for many listed companies and companies planning to go public. The projects she has participated in cover various fields, including culture and media, real estate, Internet, medicine and communication.
