Ms. Jin Jun, a partner of Grandway Law Offices, has practiced law in China for more than 20 years. She mainly focuses on general corporate, securities (IPO), international trade and foreign direct investment.
Before joining Grandway Law, Ms. Jin once worked as an official in Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the PRC (now Ministry of Commerce). She also served as an associate or a partner in several famous law firms. During her career, Ms. Jin has delivered high-quality legal services to clients in realms of corporate restructuring, M&A, IPO, debt securities issuance, and venture capital. Currently she is also serving as a permanent legal advisor or a special legal advisor for many listed and non-listed state-owned companies, private enterprises and foreign invested firms.
