• Representing the actual controller of a listed company in a stock pledge-style repurchase dispute with a securities company (the case was included in the People's Courts Case Database and selected as one of the Top Ten Enforcement Cases of the Shanghai Financial Court for 2018-2023); representing a listed company in a series of securities misrepresentation disputes; representing a company in an equity transfer contract dispute against Haiyin-affiliated entities; representing a well-known animation company in a private fund equity buy-back dispute; and representing a listed company in an investment contract dispute against a Shaanxi provincial state-owned enterprise.

• Representing a Shanghai real estate company in a housing sales-agency contract dispute, and representing China Construction Eighth Engineering Division in a construction project contract dispute with a developer in Kunshan.

• Providing specialized legal services for a number of private fund managers in registration, major-event changes, fund product filing and outbound investment.

• Providing specialized legal services for a listed company's equity investment in a semiconductor equipment company in Busan, South Korea, and for a private enterprise's investments in Vietnam and Singapore.

• Providing specialized legal services in due diligence, contract negotiation, transaction structuring and drafting of legal documents for the investment and M&A projects of a number of well-known real estate enterprises.
