Ms. Chen graduated from the School of Law at Tsinghua University, majoring in Civil Procedure Law. Since beginning her practice, and she has been engaged in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes.

Ms. Chen has knowledge and professional qualifications in securities, funds. She primarily focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, preservation and enforcement, and serving as a long-term legal advisor for companies. She has represented many listed companies, well-known domestic and international enterprises, and large state-owned enterprises in handling many difficult and significant civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases across various courts and arbitration institutions nationwide. She is skilled in handling investment and financing, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and equity disputes, with extensive experience in commercial arbitration and litigation. Additionally, Attorney Chen Ju has a wealth of successful experience in securities compliance, property preservation, and enforcement.

• Represented an industrial investment institution with over 40 billion RMB in investment scale in handling a dispute over a difference compensation agreement with the actual controller of a top domestic entertainment industry group at the Beijing Arbitration Commission. The case involved approximately 450 million RMB. Ultimately, successfully achieved a complete victory for the client.

• Represented a major domestic financial and real estate investment company in handling a lease contract dispute with a holding subsidiary of China's largest state-owned oil and gas enterprise at the Third Intermediate People's Court of Beijing Municipality. The subject matter was valued at over RMB 360 million. Ultimately, represented the client in reaching a settlement with the other party from a position of absolute advantage, securing full compensation.

• Represented a large state-owned automobile manufacturing enterprise in responding to a shareholder transfer dispute filed by another well-known car company with the Beijing Arbitration Commission. The case involved an amount of approximately RMB 20 million. The arbitration tribunal ultimately dismissed all of the opposing party's claims, achieving a complete victory for the client.

• Represented a well-known domestic real estate project company in an enforcement case concerning a land use rights recovery dispute with a district Bureau of Natural Resources. The amount involved was approximately 50 million RMB. The bureau had owed the payment for more than ten years, and after Attorney Chen took the case, the full payment was successfully recovered.

• Represented a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank of China Group and its senior executives in handling a dispute over company registration changes with a well-known domestic fund, which was heard by the People's Court of Qianhai Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen. After the first instance, the appeal, and the enforcement process, we successfully achieved the client's desired change in business registration.

• Represented a well-known domestic energy industry entrepreneur in handling a dispute over corporate control with a leading domestic mobile charging company, involving multiple lawsuits such as shareholder qualification disputes, company resolution disputes, and disputes over shareholders' right to information, all of which achieved results satisfactory to the client.
