Mr. Hu has rich practice experience in cross-border M&A transactions, including investments and acquisitions by international companies in China, as well as overseas M&A by Chinese companies.
Mr. Hu also has extensive experience in capital market business related to cross-border transactions, including privatization of U.S. listed Chinese stocks, Red-Chips’ return to the A-share market, and the HK/U.S. public offering, and has handled a number of high-profile projects.
Mr. Hu has provided high-quality legal services to many international companies and high-growth Chinese companies, with expertise in TMT, new energy, education, and healthcare industries.
Mr. Hu is qualified to practice in PRC and New York state. Mr. Hu joined Grandway Law Offices in 2025. Prior to that, he was a partner of three renowned law firms.
