• Represented an optical technology company in a patent infringement dispute during its IPO application on the STAR Market, involving billions in dispute amount. The case was recognized as a "Deal of the Year" by China Business Law Journal in 2023 and selected as a typical case for evidence preservation in intellectual property disputes by Nanjing Intermediate Court in 2024.

• Represented a new materials company during its mainboard IPO in a patent infringement lawsuit involving its wholly-owned subsidiary, with a dispute amount exceeding RMB 50 million, achieving favorable judgments in both first and second instances.

• Successfully invalidated a German company’s patent with 361 claims on behalf of a Hong Kong-listed company based in Nanjing.

• Provided specialized services for multiple enterprises, including patent searches and analysis during R&D, design-around strategies, patent mining and portfolio development, infringement risk analysis for products exported to Europe and the U.S., and comprehensive patent technology roadmap analysis.
