Mr. Feng graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (LL.B, M.A. in Economic Law) and obtained Bachelor of Management degree (accounting) from Chongqing Technology and Business University. Mr. Feng is a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
