Mr. Zhu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in civil and commercial law. He is now the master's supervisor of ECUPL, an expert for Evaluation of Special Fund for Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information; and the arbitrator of Ningbo Arbitration Commission.
Since his practice, Mr. Zhu has mainly provided domestic and foreign enterprises with special legal services such as enterprise legal risk control, investment and financing.
