Ms. Zou Gaojuqi obtained her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law and LL.M. degree from the University of Montreal. She joined the dispute resolution group of Beijing Office, Grandway Law Offices in 2015 and specializes in dispute resolution and securities compliance.
Ms. Zou has provided dispute resolution legal services for many A-share listed companies, multinational enterprises and individuals. She has taken on a large number of major civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases heard by the Supreme People's Court, local High People's Courts, CIETAC, and BAC and is the long-term legal counsel of many clients.
Ms. Zou has extensive experience in handling the CSRC administrative penalty cases, such as false statement, insider trading, as well as civil compensation disputes involving false statement. She has achieved excellent results on behalf of companies and individuals in dealing with administrative penalties and shareholder lawsuits. She is also familiar with pre-penalty, defense the hearing procedures.
