At the beginning of March 2020, with the Grandway Partners' Meeting’s approval, we decided to promote two lawyers, Guo Xin and Du Lili, as partners of the Law Office, and three lawyers, Jiao Xinzhe, Tang Shi and Hu Zhiyong, as secondary partners. Their business covers securities and capital markets, dispute resolution, real estate and construction projects, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and other fields.

Since the establishment in 1994, Grandway has always adhered to the business philosophy of “putting people first and promoting Grandway by talents.” While recruiting talents, Grandway has also attached importance to the training of talents in various fields, trying our best to build a diversified platform for legal personnel and provide them with a broad development space. The five partners promoted internally this time have worked in Grandway for many years. They have excellent professional knowledge, noble professional accomplishment and remarkablepracticing ability. They have worked hard and intensively in their respective professional fields and have been deeply trusted by clients. As the backbone of Grandway, we believe they will be able to give full play to their strengths in the future and actively offer suggestions to protect the high-quality development of Grandway.

Introduction of New Partners

Guo Xin: Guo Xin joined Grandway in 2005. His main business areas are legal services for companies, securities, mergers and acquisitions, etc. He has a rich legal practice experience. In the many years of practice experience, Mr. Guo Xin has successfully provided legal services for the IPOs, refinancing, mergers and restructuring and other projects of dozens of companies/enterprises. He has achieved good results in securities issuance, refinancing, investment and merger and acquisition and other business fields. Based on his rich practice experience and a strong awareness of risk control, Mr. Guo Xin is currently working in Grandway as the core preliminary auditor.

Du Lili: Starting as a lawyer in 2007. Du Lili joined Grandway in 2009, and her business covers company restructuring, issuance & listing, refinancing, major asset restructuring, equity incentive for listed companies, listing on the NEEQ and private equity funds. With considerable practice experience, Ms. Du has successively provided perennial and special legal services to many domestic enterprises, covering medicine, aviation, education, software, real estate, film and television. Ms. Du Lili is currently a member of the Securities Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association. She also participates in the project core audit in Grandway and securities companies.

Introduction of New Secondary Partners

Jiao Xinzhe: Jiao Xinzhe graduated with LLM degree from the Law School of Beijing Technology and Business University; he joined Grandway in 2013, and his business covers IPO and listing, major asset restructuring, refinancing, equity incentives and other aspects. Mr. Jiao has provided legal services to many enterprises, including Beijing Enlight Media Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Ltd., Dirui Industrial Co., Ltd. and Beijing InterAct Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Jiao started to work in the business management department in 2017 to be responsible for the risk control and standardization of Grandway's business, business training and knowledge management.

Tang Shi: Tang Shi graduated from Beijing Normal University with a master's degree and joined Grandway in 2013. Ms. Tang focuses on capital-related fields such as the IPO of companies, financing of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions of companies, and she has accumulated rich legal practical experience. She serves as a permanent legal consultant in many listed companies and provides professional, high-quality and efficient legal advisory services to many listed companies and large state-owned enterprises in the aspects of mixed reform of companies, IPO, non-public issuance of listed companies, rights issue, issuance of convertible bonds, mergers and acquisitions of industries, etc. The projects she engaged in involve software, shipping, military equipment, education, surveying and mapping, logistics and transportation and other industries.

Hu Zhiyong: Hu Zhiyong graduated from Zhejiang University and is good at dispute resolution legal services in infrastructure construction, real estate development and construction engineering. Before practicing as a lawyer, Mr. Hu worked in real estate development enterprises for a long time. For many years, Mr. Hu has provided clients with regular legal services and specialized legal services in such professional fields as real estate development, real estate merger and acquisition, real estate finance, real estate management, park development and construction, land development, PPP project construction, BOT franchise projects, construction general contracting and subcontracting, project general contracting and project management, and engineering consulting services. He has rich practical experience.
