On September 29, 2022, Zhejiang Lingpao Technology Co., Ltd. (“Lingpao Technology”) successfully issued H Shares and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 09863).
Lingpao Technology was founded in 2015, which focuses on China’s mid-to-high-end mainstream new energy vehicle market, and it’s a technology-based intelligent electric vehicle company with full-domain self-research and self-build capabilities, covering intelligent electric vehicle design, R&D and manufacturing, intelligently driving, motor electric control, battery system development and cloud-based vehicle networking solutions.
Lingpao Technology is the first new energy vehicle company to be listed in The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in the form of H shares.
