On May 22nd, 2015, Zhejiang Firstar Panel Technology Co., Ltd (Firstar Tech.) has been granted an unconditional approval of share issuing for purchasing assets by CSRC through its 41st committee in 2015.

The restructuring of Firstar this time is satisfied by purchasing 100% shares of Shenzhen Lianmao Co., Ltd through issuance and cash purchasing.

Firstar Tech. listed on Shenzhen Exchange in Aug, 2011, and is the first window shield listed A share company. This purchasing will help Firstar to raise high quality customers and make their business well complemented.
