Grandway Assist CCB & Exim Bank on Cross-border Syndicated Loan Project

China Construction Bank Guangxi Branch and Export and Import Bank of China Guangxi Branch jointly provided a syndicated loan to Alliance Steel (M) SDN BHD (as borrower) under Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co., Ltd. for the manufacture of three point five million ton iron and steel at the project site located in the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park. This syndicated loan project involves an aggregate amount of several billion RMB. This project also represents many special features of complex “Belt & Road” financing projects with certain innovative arrangements.
