2017年1月26日，丙申猴年的最后一个交易日，由北京国枫律师事务所全程提供法律服务的浙江正裕工业股份有限公司（以下简称“正裕工业”）成功在上海证券交易所主板上市，正裕工业本次公开发行股票2,667万股，发行价格11.63元/股。股票简称为“正裕工业”，股票代码为“603089”。执行事务合伙人姜瑞明律师、合伙人郑超律师和项目组成员黄彦宇应邀出席了上市仪式。
正裕工业专业从事汽车悬架系统减震器的研发、生产与销售，主要为中高档汽车售后市场提供适配的悬架系统减震器系列产品和相关服务，并已具备悬架支柱总成整体解决方案的制造和综合服务能力，以及整车配套能力。正裕工业以市场化同步研发、柔性化精益生产、规模化集约供应能力为核心竞争力，目前已储备了9个系列超过10,000种型号的汽车减震器，产品可适配全球大多数车型。正裕工业是国内少数能够满足客户“一站式”采购需求的汽车减震器生产厂商之一，是中国汽车工业协会评定的“中国汽车零部件减震器行业龙头企业”，是国际汽车减震器知名品牌美国加百利（GABRIEL）的“首选全球战略合作伙伴”，目前产品销售区域已经遍布欧洲、北美洲、南美洲、亚洲、大洋洲和非洲六大洲。
本次发行上市后，正裕工业将以本次上市为契机，进一步扩大主营业务规模，提高研发技术水平，优化财务结构，提升公司综合竞争力，为地方经济发展与中国民族工业的振兴作出新的贡献。
