2022年8月23日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供法律服务的武汉长盈通光电技术股份有限公司（以下简称“长盈通”）首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市项目获得上海证券交易所科创板2022年第70次上市委员会会议审核通过。
长盈通是专业从事光纤陀螺核心器件光纤环及其综合解决方案研发、生产、销售和服务的国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、湖北省支柱产业细分领域“隐形冠军”培育企业，致力于开拓以军用惯性导航领域为主的光纤环及其主要材料特种光纤的高新技术产业化应用，对保障军工配套和国防安全具有重要意义。
长盈通本次拟公开发行股票不超过2,353.3544万股，拟募集资金50,000.00万元，用于特种光纤光缆、光器件产能建设项目及研发中心建设项目和补充流动资金。
北京国枫律师事务所担任长盈通本次发行上市的法律顾问，为长盈通本次发行上市提供了全程法律服务。本项目由温烨律师团队承办，项目签字律师为王冠律师、王凤律师和孟文翔律师。
