胡耀华律师拥有北京大学法学学士学位，后就读于美国杜克大学并获得法学硕士学位，并拥有美国波士顿大学两年全日制MBA学位。胡耀华律师拥有中国及美国纽约州律师执业资格。胡耀华律师的主要执业领域为红筹架构搭建与拆除、跨境资本市场、美元私募股权投资、美元基金设立、跨境并购。胡律师在资本市场跨境业务领域承办了多个具有市场影响力的项目，包括美股私有化、拆除红筹架构回归A/H股，港股及美股上市。
Mr. Hu received his bachelor’s degree from Peking University School of Law, LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, and Full-Time Two-Year MBA from Boston University. Mr. Hu is admitted to practice in the PRC and New York State.Mr. Hu specializes in the establishment and unwinding of Red Chip structures, capital markets, fund formation, VC/PE investments, and cross-border M&A. With extensive experience in cross-border capital market transactions, Mr. Hu has spearheaded numerous high-profile projects. His expertise spans the privatization of U.S.-listed Chinese companies, the return of Red Chip enterprises to A-share and H-share markets, and initial public offerings (IPOs) in Hong Kong and the United States.
