Anna is mainly practicing law in the areas covering intellectual property litigation and non-litigation, and civil and commercial dispute resolution.  Anna has many years of experience in deciding civil and commercial cases, and in resolving various types of intellectual property disputes.  She has performed very well in litigation strategy formulation, case management and collaboration, litigation strategy implementation, and presentation in courts.

Anna also has considerable expertise in such aspects as analyzing intellectual property in corporate mergers and acquisitions, conducting intellectual property due diligence, drafting and reviewing intellectual property license and transfer agreements, formulating enterprise intellectual property systems, and performing brand planning, patent layout and confidentiality systems, among others.

Anna graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and joined the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court in 2006.  She had worked in the court for nearly 11 years and had participated in more than 2,000 cases.  During this period, due to Anna’s outstanding performance, she was assigned a large volume of difficult and complicated cases by the court, especially those involving legal issues such as trademark infringement, technology contracts, trade secrets infringement and patent infringement.  Moreover, Anna has always attached importance to sorting the knowledge structure of each type of cases containing similar facts through years of case deciding.  She has also summarized the specific procedural and legal issues involved in intellectual property litigation.  She was selected, therefore, to make lectures in the court she worked for and other courts in Jiangsu, and Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office.  When working with the court, Anna had been rated as Excellent Civil Servant in the court system, and received second- and third-class merits several times.  In 2015, Anna was selected by the Supreme People's Court to work with the Patent Reexamination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office due to her outstanding performance.  During that time, she was repeatedly invited to give lectures to the Patent Reexamination Board and many other offices of the State Intellectual Property Office.  Her superb skills and expertise were highly praised by her colleagues.

In October 2016, Anna resigned from the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court and joined a well-known law firm later on.  When working with the law firm, Anna led the team to resolve a number of difficult and complex disputes, participated in multiple non-litigation cases of intellectual property, and provided clients with training service on intellectual property-related hotspot issues.  Her professional legal expertise and oral presentation skills have won high praise from clients, attracting and retaining more high-quality clients for the law firm and the team.  Some of them specially invited Anna to give particular lectures on how to establish systems in trade secret protection, brand protection and patent layout.

After joining Grandway, based on the advantages of Grandway 's capital market, Anna has provided a full range of intellectual property legal services to listed companies, including intellectual property ownership investigation, infringement risk and patent stability analysis. Anna has also represented a number of major intellectual property lawsuits during the listing process, successfully assisted multiple companies to go public.
