Shenfeng Chen is a partner of Grandway Law Offices. He has both bachelor's degree and master's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. After graduation, he has worked as an administrator, inspector and supervisor of Shanghai tax system for six years, which gave him rich experience in finance and tax law.

In 2015, Chen joined Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm, focusing on tax-related dispute resolution and tax planning. He has been elected as  Member of the Tax Committee of the Eighth Hangzhou Lawyers' Association, Member of the Finance and Tax Law Committee of the First Zhejiang Lawyers' Association, Member of the Finance and Tax Law Research Association Council of Zhejiang Law Society and Member of the Finance and Tax Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society.

In September 2020, Chen joined Grandway Law Offices, focusing on providing one-stop services in legal, financial and tax fields. In the field of litigation, he specializes in dealing with tax-related cases, tax administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation. Tax-related criminal cases mainly include cases of writing out falsely special invoices, defrauding export tax refunds and other criminal cases. In the area of non-litigation, Chen is well versed in tax planning,bankruptcy reorganization, equity incentive, shareholder representative litigation and corporate dissolution litigation.
