近日，由知产宝&知产力推出的“第四届中国优秀知识产权律师TOP50”榜单正式揭晓，凭借在知识产权领域高超的业务水平和丰富的实务经验，国枫合伙人柯爱艳律师荣列该榜单。
柯爱艳律师毕业于华东政法大学，先后在法院和国家知识产权局专利复审委员会工作，参与审理案件超过两千件，并多次受邀为国家知识产权局和复审委各处室授课。2016年加入国枫后，柯爱艳律师立足国枫资本市场的优势，为上市及拟上市公司提供了全方位的知识产权法律服务，包括知识产权权属排查、侵权风险以及专利稳定性分析等多种尽职调查，也代理了多起上市过程中的重大知识产权诉讼，并取得了良好的结果。
“第四届中国优秀知识产权律师TOP50”榜单基于2021-2022年度已审结案件，从案件数量、典型案例数量、案件胜诉率、执业律所及从业经历、委托人质量、荣誉数量、知名企业法务评审团综合评议等多个维度为参选律师评分，最终评选出50位优秀的知识产权律师。
