2016年12月23日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供法律服务的海南海峡航运股份有限公司发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金项目获得中国证券监督管理委员会上市公司并购重组审核委员会2016年第100次会议有条件审核通过。
本次交易中，海峡股份以发行股份购买资产的方式，购买交易对方持有的标的公司海南港航新海轮渡码头有限公司100%的股权。本次交易有利于进一步提升海峡股份在琼州海峡客滚运输市场的竞争能力，进一步提高海峡股份自身的船舶运营效率。
国枫律所担任本次重组项目的法律股份，为其提供了全程专业化的法律服务。本项目主办律师为王冠律师、唐诗律师、王凤律师。
