2016年3月23日，由北京国枫律师事务所承办的浙江三维橡胶制品股份有限公司首次公开发行股票并上市项目经中国证监会主板发行审核委员会2016年第45次会议审核通过。
三维橡胶始建于1990年，是集胶带产品设计、研发、制造、销售和服务于一体的国内一流生产企业，目前公司已经具备输送带年产2300万平方米、橡胶V带年产1.85亿Am、汽车V带年产1500万条的生产能力，产品广泛应用于钢铁、煤炭、水泥、电力、港口、矿山、建材等行业。
国枫担任三维橡胶本次发行上市项目的法律顾问，为其提供了全程专业化法律服务。本项目由姜瑞明团队承办，签字律师为姜瑞明律师、胡琪律师。
