2016 年 1 月 27日，由北京国枫律师事务所承办的马鞍山方圆回转支承股份有限公司（证券简称：方圆支承，股票代码：002147）发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金项目（构成借壳）获得中国证监会上市公司并购重组审核委员会2016年第9次会议有条件审核通过。
本次交易方案为方圆支承拟通过发行股份的方式向新光集团、自然人虞云新购买其合计持有的万厦房产100%股权和新光建材城100%股权；并同时向不超过10名特定投资者非公开发行股份募集配套资金。
