2015年12月11日，由北京国枫律师事务所承办的山东隆基机械股份有限公司（证券简称：隆基机械，股票代码：002363）配股项目获得中国证监会主板发审委2015年第205次会议无条件审核通过。
本次配股以隆基机械总股本298,800,000股为基数，向全体股东每10股不超过3股配售，配售总股数将不超过89,640,000股。本次配股拟募集资金总额不超过人民币 5 亿元，扣除本次发行费用后，将全部用于偿还银行贷款和补充流动资金。
隆基机械主营业务为汽车零部件中的制动部件产品的生产和销售，主营业务或投资方向能够可持续性发展，经营模式和投资计划稳健，主要产品或服务的市场前景良好，其股票于2010年3月5日起在深圳证券交易所上市交易。北京国枫律师事务所担任隆基机械本次配股项目的法律顾问，为其提供了全程专业化法律服务，本项目由姜瑞明团队承办，签字律师为姜瑞明律师、郑超律师。
