2018年12月28日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供全程法律服务的无锡上机数控股份有限公司（股票简称：“上机数控”）成功在上海证券交易所主板上市。上机数控本次公开发行股票3,150万股，发行价格34.10元/股，股票代码603185。执行合伙人姜瑞明律师及项目组成员应邀出席了上市仪式。
上机数控专注于高端装备制造业，为专业从事精密机床研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，构建了“以高硬脆材料专用加工设备为核心、通用磨床设备为支撑”的业务体系，致力于推动先进高硬脆专用设备的本土化和智能化发展进程。
本次发行上市后，上机数控将以此为契机，坚持创新与发展，进一步在国产逐步替代进口的市场竞争格局中保持领先优势，提升公司综合竞争力，为中国制造作出新的贡献。
