我所徐寿春律师现担任北京市律师协会证券法律委员会主任。2014年7月31日，由徐寿春律师发起，北京市司法局、北京市证监局与北京市律师协会共同举办了“2014年度第一期北京辖区证劵律师业务”培训会。培训主要针对律师从事主板首次公开发行及上市公司重大资产重组业务相关问题。北京市证监局局长王建平、北京市司法局副局长李公田、北京市律师协会副会长张小炜出席会议并致辞。北京证券法律相关专业律师近100人参加了此次培训。
