Ms. Zhong Xiaomin used to work for Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm, and mainly engaged in listing, refinancing, reorganization, long-term legal advisory and other services.
Ms. Zhong once served as the long-term legal counsel of OCT, Beijing Jetsen Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Energy Corporation and Heungkong Holding and provided legal services concerning corporate restructuring and listing, refinancing, reorganization and equity incentives for many enterprises, including OCT, Jetsen Technology, China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd., the IT Electronics Eleventh Design&Research Institute Scientific and Technological Engineering Corporation Limited, Xi'an Qujiang Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd., Shenzhen Shenbao Industrial Co., Ltd., SCG Holding Co., Ltd., China CIFCO Investment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tonva Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
