Mr. Zhou Jingmin works at the Shanghai office of Grandway and has practiced law over 15 years.
Mr. Zhou specializes in legal solutions to real estate and construction projects, investment and financing, litigation and arbitration. He has dealt with various legal matters for the clients, such as land banking and preliminary development, the disposal of construction disputes, M&A of commercial and office properties, lease and operation of commercial real estate, sale and lease of industrial and logistics real estate, establishment and investment of private equity funds, and legal affairs of cultural facilities and theme parks.
In addition, Mr. Zhou has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, administrative review and proceeding. He has taken on hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases ranging from real estate and construction projects to corporate equity disputes and foreign investment, many of which were major and complicated cases heard by local Superior People's Courts and Supreme People's Court.
Mr. Zhou is currently serving as the legal counsel of the Shanghai Construction & Development Association and the long-term legal counsel of the Shanghai Building Materials Industry Market Management Station, as well as a member of the Government Investment Fund Expert Advisory Committee of Huangpu District.
His clients include Shanghai Land (Group) Co., Ltd., China Enterprise (stock code: 600675), SCPG, Pengxin Group, China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited, Sino-Ocean Capital, Golden Union (stock code: 603882), Hunan Dakang International Food & Agriculture Co., Ltd. As one of the authors, Mr. Zhou engaged in a research project concerning Shanghai's land banking system jointly sponsored by the Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Shanghai Land Banking Center, and he also co-authored the Operational Guidelines for Lawyers in Handling Land Use Rights of the Shanghai Bar Association.
