Mr. Yu Wuhua began teaching law at universities since 2007. In 2009, he joined Grandway Law Offices as a full-time lawyer. He specializes in M&A, contract law, law services related to real estate and construction projects, and asset securitization.
Mr. Yu has provided investment, financing and M&A legal services for Yanchang and Shell Petroleum Company Limited, Guode Electric, Xi’an But’one Information, Buchang Pharma, Shanghai UDG, Grand Asia Venture Capital, HT Capital, China-Belgium Direct Equity Investment Fund, Dongyi Capital, Dexin Capital, Park Capital, West Venture Capital, Pufeike Investment, Yulin Venture Capital, Yulin Energy Investment and many other well-known enterprises and investment institutions. He led and participated in the establishment of Shaanxi Provincial High-tech Service Venture Capital Fund, Yulin Juzijin No. 1 Fund, Beijing Capital-Fengdong Epang Palace Development Fund, etc.
Mr. Yu provided permanent or special legal services for companies such as Shell China, CAEG, the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, China Infrastructure Investment Limited, Xi’an But’one Information and Xi’an Kingfar Group Company Limited. He currently serves as the permanent legal advisor of the Management Committee of Fengdong New Town of Xixian New Area in Shaanxi, Xi’an Fengdong Group, Fengdong Municipal Garden Support Center of Xixian New Area, Xi’an Integrated Science and Technology Resource Reform Demonstration Base Office, Xi’an Fengdong Urban Construction, Fengdong Municipal and many other companies.
