Mr. Wang Yan graduated from Tsinghua University School of Law with LLB. He worked for JunZeJun Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm, both based in Beijing, and practices at Grandway Law Offices.
Mr. Wang focuses his practices on capital operation both at home and abroad, along with other legal services such as IPO, SPO, allotment, assets restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, issuance of convertible bonds and the restructuring and reorganization of businesses. He also serves as a permanent legal advisor in many listed companies.
Mr. Wang has assisted many private equity investment teams with domestic investment, including CITICPE, Huarong Yufu Private Equity Fund, Tus-Digital Group, Tiantu Capital, Delian Capital, Goldstone Co., Ltd., China Post Capital and Meridian Capital. He also offered legal support for domestic listing for companies such as Luoyang Longhua Heat Energy Saving Co., Ltd., Beijing Ourpalm Co., Ltd., Bohai Ferry Co., Ltd., Tianjin Rianlon Corporation and Shandong CYNDA (Group) Co., Ltd. Besides, he was responsible for the major assets restructuring of Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co., Ltd., Luoyang Longhua Heat Energy Saving, North Industries Group Red Arrow Limited and Anhui Shengyun Machinery Co., Ltd. He works as a regular legal advisor in many listed and non-listed companies as well. Therefore, he is very experienced in private equity investment, domestic listing and M&A and reorganization.
