Ms. Gong Lynn, a partner of Grandway, LLM from Shanghai University and MBA from Fudan University, joined Grandway in 2020.
Ms. Gong is proficient in cybersecurity and data compliance, investment and financing, corporate governance and compliance, real estate and hotel, equity incentive, dispute resolution and other legal businesses.
Ms. Gong has qualifications such as of independent director qualification of Shanghai Stock Exchange, fund qualification and qualification of Shanghai investment consultant. She is one of the drafter of the group standard "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Compliance Management System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" of CASME.
Ms. Gong is a member of IAPP, and obtained CIPP/E, CIPM, EXIN DPO/DPO-PIPL, CCRC-PIPP, CISP-PIP and many other domestic and foreign professional certification related to network security, data compliance, personal information protection, Shanghai Information Security Industry Association Data security and privacy computing Committee deputy director unit leader, led the team to provide many customers with various professional legal services in the field of network and data compliance.
Ms. Gong has supervised many investment and financing projects involving finance, entertainment, hotel, real estate, microchip, software, new energy, healthcare, and other sectors.
