Mr. Guo Xin joined Grandway Law Offices in 2005. His main business areas are legal services for companies, securities, mergers and acquisitions, etc. He has rich legal practice experience. In the many years of practice experience, Mr. Guo Xin has successfully provided legal services for the state-owned enterprise reforms, IPOs, refinancing, mergers and restructuring and other projects of dozens of companies/enterprises, and has achieved good results in securities issuance, refinancing, investment and merger and acquisition and other business fields. Based on his rich practice experience and strong awareness of risk control, Mr. Guo Xin is currently working as the convener in Grandway’s Internal Risk Control System of Securities Legal Service and the commissioner in a securities company’s Internal Risk Control Committee.
