With more than 20 years of experience in offering legal services for clients in Shanghai and China, Mr. Fan Weizhi is skilled at handling legal affairs in the following areas: urban construction and real estate development and management, early stage land development and construction works, and corporate M&A activities. Mr. Fan has served as a regular legal counsel for dozens of large-scale state-owned and private enterprises, such as Shanghai Land (Group) Co., Ltd., Pengxin Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhongxing Group Co., Ltd. Besides, he has handled major litigation lawsuits, and led special legal services teams for non-litigation businesses, providing legal services for various companies and institutions.
Mr. Fan was certified as a Chinese lawyer in 1991 and founded Shanghai Zhongjian Law Firm in 1995.
He was invited as an expert to consultation activities on urban construction and management legislation organized by competent authorities of Shanghai Municipal Government.
