Ms. Huang Ling provides permanent and special legal services for many domestic and foreign insurance agencies. Her areas of expertise include non-litigation practice (such as financial insurance, project investment and real estate), litigation practice and arbitration related to equity investment and insurance claims. Ms. Huang provides whole-process legal support for insurance agencies’ major investment activities, use of insurance funds and foreign cooperation; offers legal opinions for compliance operations of insurance agencies; deals with various legal issues involved in company affairs; reviews product terms for insurance companies; represents insurance agencies in litigation cases.
